I’ve got a ton of cookbooks in the cabinet, above the microwave in the kitchen, which by ton I mean overflowing. The other day I had found a magazine compiled of the year’s best from Cook’s Illustrated & The America’s Test Kitchen TV Show; although it was from 2008, and I had quite a few recipes I still needed to try.
Did someone say chocolate? Okay, I have to admit, every time I bake that New York Times recipe for chocolate chip cookies with dark chocolate, my craving for chocolate only continues to evolve. I’ve started to notice those fancier chocolate bars on the shelves at Whole Foods or the Organic Markets and often wonder what can I create with them.
